If you remembered that the last month you planned and booked a trip to Goa for me which was a perfect and well planned and it was very good, life time remembering, and excellent trip for us. Your driver whose name Uttambhai. He is very good person. He is very punctual in his work. His behavior and his coordination was very good. He very well turned us all around in Goa. He was such a man of time that he was present at the hotel whenever he gave time to us but we were a little late many times. Due to which our trip started a bit late. You booked the resort that was named Calux Grand Baga for us. It was also a very good location and very good facilities. We had a lot of fun to stay there and especially the food quality and the food they served there was very good. We had a lot of fun in the morning tea breakfast. It was a lot of fun overall. And especially what I liked the most is that the madam who is in your staff — I don't know her name — used to call once or twice every day asking about our trip: how is your trip going, are you having any problems, everything is in order. You and that madam's coordination for that Goa trip was very good to me. One thing I liked very much is that you make sure anyone who has booked with you does not face any problem. Overall, we had a lot of fun in Goa. If there is any trip from me or my family side, then we will definitely contact you. The trip to Sasan Gir and Somnath was our very first family trip and that too arranged by Ajwaliya Tours. We were planning a short trip long ago so we contacted Ajwaliya Tours company and they planned and organized this trip for us. The resort in Sasan Gir was awesome with peaceful ambience and Devaliya safari park nearby. We were lucky enough to spot Asiatic lions and leopards. We were amazed to witness these animals live just in front of us. Generally, the safari booking is always done by the clients only with any other tour agents or companies, but here Mr. Sameer Ajwaliya helped us a lot and booked the safari for us also. As this was our first trip we had a lot of questions but Mr. Sameer himself and Ms. Rukaiya from Ajwaliya Tours never got irritated with us and always answered all my logical or illogical questions. They were just a call away during and before the trip. They had arranged superb property for us to stay at a reasonable rate along with the car and driver Mr. Jignesh Baraiya, who was also nice and polite. The food was just awesome at both the places (Sasan Gir and Somnath). It was just a 3-day trip, still they called us every day for follow-up — whether we were enjoying or facing any inconvenience. I really appreciate Ajwaliya Tours, and special thanks to Ms. Rukaiya for bearing with us. People say that comfortable travelling is a myth, but they made it possible for us. The time between planning and the actual trip had many twists and turns, and even 10 hours before the trip, we weren't sure if we could go. But finally, we made it — and it turned into a beautiful memory. I will always be grateful to Ajwaliya Tours for their dedication, especially since they had a big Kashmir tour the same week, but still didn’t ignore our small trip.
